Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days 1-3 business days
International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
Please note: delivery times may vary due to holidays, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs:
Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50
Shipping fees for orders under $50 and international orders will be calculated at checkout
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your Neckglasses every step of the way.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery.
